What is digital accessibility?

  • A number of tables on the site do not have appropriate headings, so they are not easy to read using assistive technologies;
  • Some links are not explicit in their title;
  • Some interactive components are not identified as buttons;
  • Carousels are not suitable for use with technological aids;
  • Some scripted content does not work with the keyboard and/or is not compatible with technological aids;
  • Some content does not use good semantics;
  • The information is not always properly structured (headings, inconsistent document structure);
  • Some lists are not always identifiable as such;
  • Zoomed content is not always legible;
  • The focus is not always visible;
  • Only one navigation system is available;
  • The tab order is not always consistent;
  • Office documents are not fully accessible.

Content outside the scope of the law of 28 May 2019

  • The «axeptio» cookie manager (reason: external service) ;
  • The Instagram news feed on the home page (reason: external service (juicer)).

This declaration was prepared on 1 December 2023. The statements in this declaration are accurate and based on an effective assessment of the conformity of this website with the requirements set out in the RGAA 4.1.2 , such as a third-party assessment: Access42.

In order to remedy the problem in the long term and as far as is reasonable, we will give priority to correcting the accessibility problem online. If this is not possible, the desired information will be sent to you in an accessible format according to your wishes:

  • in writing in a document or by e-mail ;
  • orally during an interview or by telephone.

Procedure for ensuring compliance with the provisions

If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you can also inform the Information and Press Department, the body responsible for checking accessibility, via its online claim form, or the Ombudsman, Ombudsman of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
